§1 Scope
(1) The following terms and conditions are part of every contract between Thomas Graser, Altenheimstraße 7, 2831 Scheiblingkirchen, (hereinafter: Seller) and the buyer, which is concluded on the seller’s side within the framework of “The Spirit Healing Shop.”
(2) The seller provides its services exclusively on the basis of these terms and conditions. You can access our terms and conditions online on our website at any time. We save the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by e-mail. You can view and change your contact details at any time in the “My Account” area after entering the data requested there. There you will also find an overview of your previous orders.
§2 Conclusion of contract
(1) The presentation of the goods does not constitute a binding offer by the seller. The contract is only concluded with acceptance of the order.
(2) You can choose from the offer as you wish and place goods in the shopping cart by means of a link “Add item to shopping cart”. By clicking on the “Buy” button, you submit a binding offer for the order of the goods contained in the shopping cart.
(3) Confirmation of receipt of your order takes place together with the acceptance of the order. The purchase contract is concluded with this confirmation e-mail.
§3 Terms of delivery
(1) Delivery takes place within 5 working days (excluding Saturday), unless otherwise stated for the product. The period begins with advance payment upon receipt of the full payment in the seller’s bank account and with all other payment methods with the conclusion of the contract.
(2) If the seller incurs additional shipping costs due to the provision of a wrong delivery address or a wrong addressee, these costs shall be reimbursed by the buyer.
§4 Terms of payment
(1) The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract. The buyer can pay the purchase price in advance, via PayPal, or instant bank transfer.
(2) All prices are to be understood as end customer prices including statutory sales tax, but excluding shipping costs.
(3) Unless otherwise stated, the shipping costs are EUR 6 within Austria, EUR 12 to Germany and EUR 14 to Switzerland.
(4) The minimum order value is EUR 25.
§5 Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received. The buyer is obliged to treat the goods with care during the existence of the retention of title. The buyer must immediately notify the seller in writing of all access by third parties to the goods, in particular by seizure or other enforcement measures, as well as of any damage to or destruction of the goods, and must immediately point out the seller’s ownership to any third party. The buyer bears the full risk for the danger of loss or deterioration of the goods.
Consumers: Consumers are prohibited from selling, pledging or otherwise providing the goods as security, giving them away or otherwise disposing of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
Entrepreneurs: Entrepreneurs are entitled to resell the goods in the ordinary course of business. Entrepreneurs hereby assign to the seller all claims in the amount of the unpaid invoice amount that accrue to them from the resale against a third party and undertake to affix a corresponding note in their books or on their invoices. The seller accepts the assignment. After the assignment, the entrepreneur is authorized to collect the claim. The seller reserves the right to collect the claim himself as soon as the entrepreneur does not properly meet his payment obligations and is in default of payment.
The buyer shall reimburse the seller for all damages and costs incurred as a result of a breach of these obligations and as a result of necessary intervention measures against access by third parties to the goods.
§6 Cancellation policy for consumers

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
You can also download, complete, and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear declaration on our website (e.g. by email). If you make use of this option, we will send you immediate confirmation of receipt of such a revocation (e.g. by email).
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.
§7 Remote treatments
For this treatment itself, there is nothing to consider on your part – on the contrary! However, be receptive and open to the Divine – in full confidence – and give up all your problems, worries and illnesses! Furthermore, it is important to know that in a remote treatment without a message, no causes, recommendations, etc. are announced, but this is very useful in some cases, as the patient/client may also make a contribution to recovery. There is also no personal conversation or phone call with Mr. Graser. However, it can be just as effective as a personal treatment. A remote treatment takes place online or via e-mail. Another important point is that in people or animals who are already very ill and close to the Spiritual World, it can also happen that they can let go of this world more easily after a treatment in order to go to the Spiritual World. It does not have to happen, the complete opposite can also occur, but it can happen. We are not allowed to make any promises of healing, but Mr. Graser can have a positive effect on every concern. It is important to know that animals only come into our lives to show us something or to take something away from us. Should the remote treatment not bring the desired success, it would be important to also treat the main caregiver. Children also have a very strong bond with their mother and therefore we always recommend having a remote treatment of the mother performed first. Following the remote treatment, you will receive a brief information by e-mail that it has been carried out. In a remote treatment without a message, you will not be informed of any causes for various diseases! If you would like to be informed about this, we recommend a personal treatment or a remote treatment with a message. Please also note that as soon as you are in contact with us and tell us your wish, your need, something can already dissolve or change noticeably. If you do not want to use the remote treatment after receipt of payment, there is no refund. Note: Of course, I am subject to confidentiality. My help is a kind of religious act to activate and regain or strengthen the self-healing powers of your own body. I would also like to point out that you cannot automatically assume that I have medical knowledge and skills. My support cannot replace medical treatment! I consider a cooperation with conventional medicine to be important, therefore an ongoing treatment with your doctor or therapist should not be under- or discontinued, a necessary one should not be postponed or omitted.
§8 Final provision
(1) The law of the Republic of Austria shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory provisions of the state in which the buyer has his habitual residence shall remain unaffected. The contract language for this online shop is German.
(2) If the buyer is an entrepreneur, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the seller’s registered office.
(4) The contract shall remain binding in its remaining parts even if individual points are legally ineffective. The statutory provisions shall take the place of the ineffective points, if any.
