Accessibility Statement

THOMAS GRASER is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with the Federal Law on Accessible Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Sector Bodies (Web Accessibility Act – WZG), Federal Law Gazette I No. 59/2019 as amended.

This accessibility statement applies to the website thomas-graser.at.

Status of compliance with requirements

This website is compatible with conformance level AA of the “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1” in the current version.

The compatibility was determined using an automated self-assessment with the WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool (as of 11/2025).

Non-accessible content

The following content and functions are not accessible for the following reasons:

a) Incompatibility with accessibility regulations

  • Some texts have insufficient color contrasts (WCAG 1.4.3)
  • PDFs and other documents are sometimes not fully accessible

b) Disproportionate burden

  • Embedded content from third-party providers (e.g. Google Maps, social media feeds) cannot currently be offered in an accessible format, as we have no influence on their structure.
  • A subsequent complete accessible preparation of all historical content and media (especially PDFs, videos) currently represents a disproportionate burden within the meaning of the guideline.

Creation of this accessibility statement

This statement was created on 11/2025.

The website was evaluated using automated tests (WAVE) and manual review of individual page content.

Enforcement procedure

If you have reported barriers to us and have not received a satisfactory response, you can contact the Complaints Office of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency mbH (FFG). The FFG accepts complaints electronically via its contact point.

These complaints will be reviewed by the FFG to determine whether they relate to violations of the requirements of the Web Accessibility Act – in particular, to deficiencies in compliance with accessibility requirements by the federal government or an entity attributable to it.

If the complaint is justified, the FFG must give the federal government or the affected body recommendations for action and propose measures to remedy the existing deficiencies.
