Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.
Early start of service
In the case of remote treatments, express consent is given for me to begin the service during the withdrawal period, and that there is therefore no refund.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the service is already being processed.
Note regarding on-site treatment
For in-person appointments booked via online booking, the right of withdrawal applies as described above up to two business days (Mon–Fri) before the treatment appointment.
After payment for a remote treatment, there is no right of withdrawal.
